Spatzbooks.com
In late 2007, Sherry Fair was at her wits end. She had developed a Web site to help promote her children's books about Spatz, a fun-loving Sheltie who loves to who likes to get dirty, play hide-and-seek, fetch balls, catch Frisbees, and even blow bubbles underwater. After two years on the Internet, the site's eCommerce functions never did work properly. And then one day the site went dark and Spatzbooks.com domain appeared to be up for sale.
The Web developer who created the site and host provider would not answer phone calls. Broadstreet Consulting was able to work with Sherry to get her domain back in her control and rebuild the Web site from the semi-functional pages we eventually retrieved from the developer.
Broadstreet use Drupal and Ubercart to build a site that the author can update herself, as well as a fully-functional e-commerce engine.
